Course Overview
This one day workshop focuses on the specific challenges faced by leaders of remote teams.
Designed for managers who have an understanding of basic leadership principles (i.e. having attended The Essentials of Management or Learning to Lead) you will explore how, from a distance, you can effectively engage with and deliver through the members of your team.
