Course Overview
Time cannot be saved, the clock ticks relentlessly, however, we can use the time we have available to accomplish results that matter. They key is to develop systems that will help us achieve our high priority goals.
This workshop is designed to help you identify your key time-management issues and then develop strategies that will enable you to make the best use of your time to meet your key work objectives.
Pre-Work
To enable you to maximise benefit and enhance your course involvement you will be required to complete three days of time logs. These form an integral part of the course and will be included in your course joining instructions.

By the end of this workshop you will;

- Have produced a personal Time Management Action Plan for implementation back at the workplace
