Course Overview
The ability to communicate effectively is a key skill. Organisations depend upon people being able to get their message across clearly.
This workshop is designed to help you to establish and maintain co-operative workplace relationships. It demonstrates how we can create a more harmonious and productive environment by relating in more constructive and co-operative ways. You will explore the communication skills which lead to positive results when dealing with customers and colleagues alike.
