Management and Leadership Courses
Developing Personal Resilience
Course Overview
Why is it some people only stumble whilst others fail?
How come, some people bounce back, quicker, faster and stronger?
What is the difference that makes a difference?
Rooted in sports and occupational psychology, it's our individual level of Mental Toughness that directly attributes to how we respond under pressure, driving us either, to respond with peak performance or, at the other extreme, to stress.
The start point of this two day workshop is the identification of your own Mental Toughness using a psychometric questionnaire. Recognising that an individual's Mental Toughness can be developed, each facet of Mental Toughness is then explored, identifying what you can do to improve your own resilience and unique performance.
