Course Overview
The benefits of coaching in the workplace are well recognised, and more and more managers are being expected to have the skills to coach their teams.
This highly participative 1 day workshop is designed to introduce managers to the skills of coaching, and provide them with a simple structure they can implement which will enable them to take a coaching approach.
